If members wish to keep our Meetup.com page we would have to institute a small annual fee to help pay for the monthly costs in maintaining it. Otherwise, the new website and forum will have to be our home. Annual fees would probably be between $5-$10 depending on how many members join the group and contribute. Any excess in fees would be donated to CorgiAid or a local corgi rescue charity in the groups name annually.

Meetup.com has turned out to be a wonderful way to recruit members and I don't want to have to close it completely. Most larger Meetup.com groups charge a small annual fee to their members to maintain the site.
